The Recon tier is free and watches two competitors, so you can see the briefing before you pay.
Monthly plans
You can cancel a monthly plan at any time. Cancellation stops the next charge and keeps your access through the end of the current billing month. We do not prorate a partial month.
Annual plans
If you are not satisfied with an annual plan, write to us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it in full. After 14 days, an annual plan can be cancelled to stop renewal, and we will refund the unused full months at our discretion.
Usage and top-ups
Metered charges, such as additional competitors, reflect usage already delivered and are not refundable. You can remove competitors at any time to stop future top-up charges.
How to request a refund
Email hello@competitron.ai from the address on the account. Tell us which charge you mean. We aim to respond within two business days.
